Delivery and production time

All jewelry is shaped by hand by Alma Høm in her workshop in Copenhagen. Please allow 3-5 weeks of production time <3 National orders are shipped with DAO and EU orders are shipped with GLS. Reach out if you have an important deadline for your desired piece to figure out if it's possible within the time frame <3 

 

Return and refund 

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods. To withdraw, send us an email with your order number before the 14 days expire.

In case you regret your purchase, you will be responsible for return shipping. The refund will be made once the item is received at kompagnistræde 25, 1208, Copenhagen, Denmark. 

We will refund your payment—including standard delivery costs—within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice and any returned items, using the same payment method.

Exceptions apply to digital content delivered immediately with consent, fully performed services, custom-made items, and sealed goods not suitable for return once opened.

 

Warranty

When you shop with Alma Høm, you are entitled to a 24-month warranty. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction. This requires that the claim is legitimate and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour.

You must submit your complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. A complaint made within 4 weeks of receiving the item is always considered timely.

If the claim is justified, we will refund your reasonable return shipping costs.

 

Reservation for Sold-Out Items and Price/Printing Errors

We only accept your purchase once payment has been approved and the item has been dispatched to you. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, and issues involving sold-out items. We do our best to avoid mistakes, but they may occasionally occur.

If an item you have ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you immediately, and your payment will of course be cancelled.

 

Force Majeure
Alma Høm cannot be held liable for failure to fulfil an agreement if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, government actions or omissions, new or amended legislation, labour disputes, blockades, war, fire, flooding, sabotage, accidents, or similar events that prevent, hinder, or delay the fulfilment of our obligations.
